Summary: The first exposure I had to this wonderful series was the last episode shown on this DVD. I happened on it when channel surfing - and it blew me away. Ten years or so later, and it still stands out as one of the best hours viewing I have ever had.
Northern Exposure has been a long time coming to DVD, and I wait impatiently for series two, when it really got into its stride.
There are very very few things that I recommend totally and completely - but this DVD is definately one of them. Buy it, settle into it and ENJOY
